The company incorporated in 2010. It has 03 general cargo vessels named M.V. SHAGOR BADHU-2, 3, 4 with capacity of 2,000 tons each. They carry bulk/ break bulk cargoes like clinker, fly ash, wheat, rice, fertilizer etc. from the outer anchorage of Chattagram to various inland routes in Bangladesh. Annually we carry about 250,000 tons of general cargo.

M.V. SHAGOR BADHU-5 a vessel currently under construction with cargo capacity 2,800 tons which scheduled to be added in the fleet next year.

The Company added 04 shallow draft oil tankers named as O.T. SHAGOR NANDINI-1, 2, 3, 4 in 2012 with a carrying capacity of 1,000 tons each. All 04 tankers are under chartered by Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) through their national distribution agents Padma Oil Company Ltd. & Meghna Petroleum Ltd. Annually we carry around 150,000 tons of petroleum products.
